The International Documentary Festival Visioni dal Mondo, Immagini dalla Realtà, organizes the fourth edition of Visioni Incontra, the Industry section, exclusively by invitation, dedicated to the professionals of the Documentary sector, which will be held during the first two days of the Festival at the prestigious Teatro Litta. Two days of presentations of Italian documentary film (Projects – Work in progress), followed by one-to-one meetings, to arrange  possible financing, co-productions and distribution agreements. Visioni Incontra also provides in-depth information on the audiovisual sector through panels and round tables.

 Visioni Incontra will select the 12/14 best work in progress projects received to present them in a pitching session to an audience of audiovisual professionals consisting of television commissioning editors, TV buyers, buyers, distributors, independent producers, sales agents, platforms, directors and managers of Italian and international festivals.
The winning project will be awarded the “Visioni Incontra Best Documentary Project” prize of € 2.500.

All the main broadcasters have already confirmed their presence, including Rai, Mediaset, Sky, Fox, Discovery, De Agostini, Tv2000, Istituto Luce Cinecittà, platform managers, national and international distributors, producers and post-producers.

Projects can be submitted until 15th June, the Contest’s deadline .
