The fifth edition of the International Documentary Festival of Visioni dal Mondo, Immagini dalla Realtà which took place in Milan from Thursday 12 to Sunday 15 September, has ended successfully. The appointment with the cinema of reality conceived, produced and directed by Francesco Bizzarri under the artistic direction of Fabrizio Grosoli dedicated four days to the investigation and narration of the contemporary through a rich program of documentary films, screenings open to the public with free admission.

With over 4,000 visitors, the festival saw the screening of 30 Italian and international premieres of documentary films, the presentation of 14 projects to over 150 decision makers from the industry during the 2-day Visioni Incontra, panel discussions, round tables and master classes, at the Teatro Litta, and the Leonardo da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology.

The 5th International Documentary Festival Visioni dal Mondo, Immagini dalla Realtà was the inaugural event of the 2nd Milanese Movie Week, in the presence of the Milan City Councilor for Culture, Filippo Del Corno.
