Brief Synopsis:

“Spots of Light” is a virtual reality documentary depicting the extraordinary story of Dan Layani, a former soldier who lost his sight in military combat in 1982. Despite this tragedy, Dan lived his life to the fullest: he completed his education, found love and raised four children. After twenty-five years of darkness, Dan was given the miraculous opportunity to undergo an experimental surgery that restored his sight, allowing him to see his wife and children for the first time. Narrated by the protagonist himself, “Spots of Light” takes viewers on an intimate and introspective journey through the pivotal moments of Dan’s life.
