Reaching its third edition, the Festival presents a full schedule of great previews, encounters, events, masterclasses and prestigious guests. 12 selected titles out of 200 enrolled works for the competition Stories of the Contemporary World, 10 international titles in Italian first vision which have been awarded at the world’s most prestigious festivals and 10 titles in the non-competitive section of the best contemporary productions of Italian cinema. Visioni Incontra, the section that is dedicated to the Industry, will present 15 projects still work in progress to a parterre of professionals of the field with the aim to find final financing, pre-purchasing or distribution.
One of the many new elements of this edition: the collaboration with the Foundation Giangiacomo Feltrinelli, urban cultural centre which explores the contemporary social changes. In the new headquarter in viale Pasubio, 5 in Milan in which, besides the inspiring location of the UniCredit Pavilion in piazza Gae Aulenti, 10, previews of some documentaries of the section International Panorama will be presented.
